What should I do, if I did not receive an Activation Key or Password in e-mail or password is not working?
Password (to login to the website) will be send automatically via e-mail right after customer's initial registration; it could be resend by entering user's e-mail address and clicking link Resend My Password! on the website home page, then user should see conformation in the top left:
Password has been sent in Email! --> Check All Folders!
NOTE: Please check all e-mail folders, such as bulk, trash, etc. for the e-mailed password. Some customers, such as earthlink.net or comcast.net have to add MyQuickPC.com to "Allowed incoming senders" or "Save senders" list.
In order to receive an Activation Key registered user has to login to http://www.MyQuickPc.com with his/her e-mail address and received password, and then click the link.

If user has paid via PayPal and has not received an Activation Key, please contact us for resolution if this issue. In lot of cases it has happened when user has used different e-mail at efixpc.com and PayPal.

Windows Hosts File
Hosts file is like an address book. When you type an address like www.MyQuickPC.com into your browser, the Hosts file is consulted to see if the computer has the IP address of this website.
The hosts file can be "hijacked", or used for malicious purposes.
For example, adware, computer viruses, trojan horses, or other malware can edit the hosts file to redirect traffic from a safe site (such as MyQuickPC.com) to sites hosting content that may be offensive or intrusive to the user or the user’s computer system
If hacker or malicious software inserts server names and IP addresses into your Hosts file, your computer will never be able to contact correct website!
